ROBINSON KELLY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
The Robinson Kelly Group LLC, operating as Robinson Kelly (“we,” “us,” or “our”), uses this website to introduce our recruitment services and receive employer inquiries and candidate profiles. This policy explains how we handle information collected through robinsonkelly.com and related recruitment communications.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide. Employer inquiries may include your name, company, email address, phone number, position details, hiring timeline, meeting availability, and other information about your hiring needs.
Candidate profiles may include your name, email address, roles of interest, résumé, work history, qualifications, preferences, and anything else you share about your next role.
Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, submission timestamps, and server or email delivery logs to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and arrange conversations.
- Understand employers’ hiring needs.
- Evaluate candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Coordinate introductions, interviews, and recruitment communications.
- Maintain business records and operate and protect the website.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
When information is shared
We discuss potential introductions with candidates before presenting their profiles or résumés to prospective employers. Information shared with an employer may then be handled under that employer’s own privacy practices.
Service providers supporting website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and storage may process information as needed to provide those services. Our current setup uses WordPress, Forminator, FluentSMTP, and Microsoft 365 for these functions. Form submissions are stored on our website, and notification emails are delivered to our business mailbox.
We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.
Cookies and tracking
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, administration, and security. We have not added advertising pixels, a newsletter platform, or a separate analytics service to this website. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some features may be affected.
Retention and security
Information may be retained for recruitment consideration, ongoing communications, business records, and applicable legal requirements. Retention can differ between website submissions, uploaded files, email records, logs, and backups. Deleting an email delivery log does not automatically delete a form submission, résumé, or inbox message.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid including Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial recruitment inquiry.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to update your information, stop considering your profile for future opportunities, or delete information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
To make a request or ask a privacy question, use our Contact page and include “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s information
This website is intended for employers and professionals, and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The updated version and revision date will appear on this page.
